Little Soul Steps is a heart-centred holistic space created to support your wellbeing, self-love and spiritual growth.
With over 20 years' experience in the holistic field, I offer a wide range of treatments, therapies, workshops and soul-nourishing experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect and restore balance — mind, body and spirit.
From my cosy cabin in Kinglassie, I hold nurturing one-to-one treatments alongside workshops, classes, seasonal Wheel of the Year gatherings and my Little Moon Witch group, honouring the natural rhythms, lunar cycles and the wisdom within.
My book club and selected self-development offerings are available online, allowing you to connect from wherever you are, while my Aerial Sound Healing classes are held at The Grace Wellness Studio in Kirkcaldy, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience.

I am a tully qualified therapist with over 20 years of experience within my field. I hold a Masters Degree in Food & Welfare and I am also a fully qualified Angelic Reiki, energy practitioner, sound healer, crystal healer. massage therapist, life coach, aromatherapist and Japanese Head Spa therapist.
The services I offer can be carried out individually or as part of a package, helping to treat physical and mental health issues alike.
Everything that I offer can help with a variety of issues helping you to feel good inside and out.
My main aim is to help soothe and calm your central nervous system bringing the body out of flight or flight and into a homeostasis state.
Allowing you to switch off, relax and refill your cup!
I also sell a variety of crafts and holistic merchandise within the cabin for your personal use or to provide you with the perfect gift for that special someone.
